Most people calling us for the first time aren't thinking about POP designs or paint brands yet — they're thinking about whether this is going to be a headache. Fair enough. A lot of finishing jobs in Nigeria go wrong not because the work is bad, but because nobody ever sat down and told the client what was actually going to happen, in what order, and why.

So here's that, honestly.

It starts with us coming to look at the actual space — not quoting blind off a phone call. A room photographed badly, or described vaguely, can hide a lot: a wall that isn't as straight as it looks, a ceiling height that changes the lighting plan, a window shape that rules out certain curtain styles. Joseph or someone on the team walks the space, asks what you're picturing, and tells you plainly if something you want needs adjusting — better to hear that at the visit than after the paint is dry.

From there comes the quote, broken down by what it actually covers — materials, labour, the finish type — so you're not left guessing what you're paying for. Once that's agreed, the work itself follows a deliberate order: surfaces get prepared and screeded before anything decorative touches them, because a POP design or a feature panel only looks as good as the wall underneath it. Painting, panelling, curtains and blinds come after, in whatever sequence the job needs.

The part we take seriously, maybe more than people expect, is the handover. We don't consider a job finished because the last coat dried — we walk the space with you, point out the detailing ourselves, and deal with anything that isn't sitting right before we call it done.

None of this is complicated. It's just the difference between a team that disappears after collecting payment and one that's still answering your calls six months later.
